Growing up in Bangkok, there were plenty of food vendors that lined the streets, all with their own different speciality to choose from. Everything was fast and casual, yet delicious. Pad thai, papaya salad, basil chicken, these and many more were the food that reminds me of home.

As I grew older and trying new cuisine, my trip to Japan brought me that same simple feeling of pleasure when I was Younger. To walk around, trying all the different street food from takoyaki, gyoza, Japanese curry, I knew I wanted to create something that combine all the elements of a great, quick, and affordable meal with out compromising flavor
